Bring your own Photon project and Drift answers you over iMessage and RCS — one of the simplest agent-over-iMessage setups around, on any Photon plan.
How texting Drift works. Connect a Photon project from Messaging in the app: paste the project ID and secret Photon gives you, optionally add the number, and Drift has its own iMessage & RCS number within minutes. There is no code to write and nothing to host — Photon runs the messaging infrastructure, and Drift plugs straight into it. It works on any Photon plan, and Drift does not add a separate paywall on top of it — texting is not held back for Flow or Horizon. The same approval rule applies everywhere Drift answers: sending, replying to, or forwarding an email still stops on a confirmation card whether you asked over iMessage or in the app.
"What's on my calendar tomorrow?" — Sent as a text, Drift reads your calendar and answers back over iMessage — the same agent that runs in the app.
