Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Notion, plus a wider connections catalog you choose from — connect what you want Drift to read, and revoke it any time.
What each connection can do. Gmail lets Drift read messages, threads and labels including a year of history, and it can save a draft on its own; sending, replying to, forwarding, or deleting a message always stops on a confirmation card. Google Calendar lets Drift read every calendar and free/busy windows, and create, edit or delete events inline — the one place writes do not stop to ask. Google Tasks lets Drift read your lists and create or edit a task on its own, but deleting one asks first. Notion lets Drift read pages and databases you have shared with it and create or edit a page on its own, asking only before it deletes one. Beyond those four, Drift reaches further through its connections catalog — Slack, Asana, Todoist, Linear, GitHub, Jira, Figma, Canva, Spotify, and more. You choose what to connect, and disconnecting any of them in Settings ends the access and deletes the cached projections for that account.
